As at 31 March 2010, the volume of the assets managed in the asset management segment was EUR 2.39 billion.

Client portfolio management

As part of individual asset management, client investment resources are managed based on an investment strategy that takes into account client-defined objectives and targets. This strategy is set and approved by the client still prior to the commencement of the asset management process itself. Other parameters are also taken into accounting, such as investment horizon, expected returns, risk relationship, liquidity requirements, and other client-specific demands.

Fund management

In the area of collective investment, client resources are managed through various types of investment funds representing a variety of investment approaches and strategies that make use of the background and experience of the J&T finance group. Our fund portfolio offers investments opportunities for investors generally and for qualified and specialised investors.

Czech Republic

The J&T PERSPEKTIVA and J&T OPPORTUNITY CZK funds are offered within the Czech Republic. The funds have been established according to the laws of the Czech Republic and are collective investment funds under Act No. 189/2004 Coll., on collective investment. These funds are aimed at the general public. They are open-ended unit trusts.

Other funds established under Czech law are also offered within the Czech Republic. These funds are intended for qualified investors. These funds are open-ended unit trusts. Please contact our private/personal bankers for more information.
