BALTSCHUG KEMPINSKI HOTEL

Companies affiliated with the J&T Group acquired 75 per cent of shares in Baltschug, s.r.o., which owned the Baltschug Kempinski Hotel complex. The agreement was made in April 2008.

Baltschug Kempinski Hotel is a five-star hotel in the centre of Moscow, in the Zamoskvorechye district on the bank of the river Moscow. The hotel building with its original historic facade from 1898 is an architectural symbol of Moscow of the 19th century. Its uniqueness is augmented by an exclusive view of the Kremlin and Red Square. It was the first hotel in Moscow and Russia to be put on the list of the exclusive international association of "The Leading Hotels of the World". Since 1992, the hotel has been managed by the Kempinski network and considered to be the top hotel in Moscow and Russia.

Its 8 floors offer its patrons 193 rooms and 33 suites.
