JASNÁ SKI REZORT

Four resorts (Chopok North - Záhradky, Jasná, Otupné and Chopok South) are awaiting extensive investments, thanks to which visitors can expect something new every year. An opening ceremony and night skiing have already become a tradition. The year 2006 was exceptional in that two new lifts re-connected the northern and southern sides of Chopok after a long time. The lovers of adrenalin sports will also find something to enjoy. They can take advantage of a snowboard park and 4 free-ride zones throughout the season. They can also try such special activities as kitewing, snowrafting and paragliding. Those who prefer cross-country skiing will surely enjoy well-kept tracks. It’s true – skiing in Jasná is an old favourite with skiers.
