Media Brunch: unusual presentation of J&T REAL ESTATE CZ projects

Presented were, for instance, the Rustonka shopping mall in Prague-Karlín, the Prosek Court administrative complex following the successful Prosek Point project in Prague 9, or the development of the 22-hectare brownfield of the former Zbrojovka factory in Brno. Journalists were interested in projects known through the media, such as Tower City Holešovice, as well as the conversion of the former Sugar Producers’ Palace into the Hotel Le Royal Meridián and regional projects in Hradec Králové (Nové Farářství) and Vrchlabí (Slunečný vrch). Another frequently discussed topic was the preparation for the construction of an architecturally excellent building for the Group’s own purposes in Sokolovská Street 9, just opposite the Florenc metro station.
