Prosek Point - Successful approval for the building B
As scheduled, on Tuesday, December 16th, the tower B of the new administrative centre Prosek Point in Prague 9 has been successfully approved by the authorities. The quality of our project is confirmed by the fact, that under the conditions of current credit crisis, when most of tenants awaits real estate market reactions, is more than fifty percent of total completed space already rented.
