ABS Jets Receives the Best Business Aviation Company Award

The ABS Jets company has been acknowledged by the prestigious lifestyle magazine Overseas Living as the best company in the field of business aviation in 2009. In addition to the apparent quality of the company’s services, the jury also appreciated the complexity of the services that ABS Jets offers to and provides for its clients. ABS Jets is one of the few business aviation companies that not only operates business jets, thus being a private aviation company, but is also a maintenance and repair organization (ABS Jets in addition being an authorized maintenance centre of the renowned Brazilian jets manufacturer Embraer), a licensed handling services provider and offers flight planning and the somewhat unconventional travel management services.

“The Overseas Living magazine award is certainly a great pleasure for us, because it also reflects the satisfaction of our clients with our company. For me it represents an acknowledgement of the quality of our employees´ work, from the pilots, stewardesses, technicians all the way to the flight planners and our sales team. However, this award is at the same time an obligation for us to continue working towards an even greater efficiency, at this period when the efficient combination of quality and expense management is crucial,” said David Kyjovský, the ABS Jets General Director and the Head of the Board of Directors.

In 2006, the ABS Jets company executed 2370 flight hours. In 2007 the number increased to 2737 hours and the trend continued in 2008 as well. This year, the goal is set on 3000 hours.
