J&T REAL ESTATE started selling apartments in the RIVER PARK Complex. 108 apartments are to be sold in the first stage with their cumulative price amounting to 2.5 billion Crowns.

the areas (terrace included) of the apartments offered for sale right now are between 78 and 535 m2 and their prices range from SKK 10 to 70 million, VAT exclusive.

Costs of implementing this project exceed 7 billion Crowns and the project should be completed in the first half of 2009. RIVER PARK should be followed by construction plans at the place of the present PKO and the zone below the Castle.
