The Most Luxurious Residences in Slovakia

Bratislava/Štrbské Pleso – The first residences with 5-star service in Central Europe will be in Slovakia. J&T and Kempinski announced the launch of a limited series of 88 unique apartments Kempinski Private Residences.

Under the trademark KEMPINSKI PRIVATE RESIDENCES, total 63 residences in the RIVER PARK (33 of them in the building RIVER HOUSE and 30 in Block 4) and 25 residences in 8 apartment houses on the shore of Štrbské Pleso mountain lake will be offered for sale. All the apartments are in buildings linked with the 5-star hotel Kempinski, thanks to which they will have at disposal the luxury of its services directly at home.
The title KEMPINSKI PRIVATE RESIDENCES means the connection of apartment ownership with the service of the 5-star hotel Kempinski, which brings living free from care to the owner.
The owners of the residences have at disposal 24-hour room service, the continuous possibility of serving meals and beverages in their residences, parking service, shopping service, care of children, flowers, pets, the possibility of using a limousine with driver and concierge services. Moreover, if they are not present, they can utilise the possibility of the residence rental by the hotel.
The prices of residences will range from SKK 34 M exclusive of VAT at Štrbské Pleso and from SKK 7 M exclusive of VAT in the River Park complex.
