PANORAMA CITY
The lucrative commercial and administrative zone of Bratislava located near the new Slovak National Theatre will soon feature a new multipurpose complex with a unique view of the capital’s skyline. The prominent silhouette of the Panorama City building has a great chance to become a new icon of Slovakia’s capital.
The Panorama City project started with the reconstruction of the Tower 115 building, which will be followed by the construction of a new multipurpose complex. The core of the entire concept is an elliptical plaza bordered by restaurants, shops, services and a four-star hotel. The city’s skyline will be complemented by two monumental residential towers, which will be become the highest buildings on the territory of former Czechoslovakia. With their height and prominent triangular shape, they will also serve city visitors as an excellent reference point. Their residents will enjoy a unique view of the city’s historical centre and the opposite side of the Danube. With its pleasant atmosphere, the atypical plaza will show a more relaxed face to the entire complex in the middle of the otherwise busy, modern, pulsating development full of office spaces and commercial buildings. It also provides space for relaxing, fun and night life.
