Residence Jeseniova II

The successful project of Residence Jeseniova I was followed by the construction of another residential complex named Residence Jeseniova II. The stylish new building within reach of the centre and near green areas provides its residents with aesthetically pleasing and comfortable living.

Similarly to the Jeseniova I project, the residential building located at the intersection of Jeseniova and Českobratrská Streets offers a wide range of modern flats from single-room to large maisonettes with a terrace. The construction of each of the 65 housing units is characterised by a high level of functionality and interior design. Close proximity to the Parukářka park allows the residents contact with nature even in the very centre of the capital city. The project was finished in 2007.
