TOWER 115

The Tower 115 high-rise building not far from the bank of the Danube dominates a neighbourhood that will undergo extensive development in the near future. Reconstruction turned the former headquarters of Slovakian dailies into a modern administrative centre. J&T REAL ESTATE thus finishes the first stage of its Panorama City project.

The area between the Old Bridge and the Apollo Bridge should be Bratislava’s main social and economic centre in the future. Access to the area has been much easier since the completion of the Apollo Bridge, which connected the outer motorway ring to the city centre. From an economic, social and transportation point of view, Tower 115 will become an inherent part of Bratislava’s new centre. Tower 115 will be very soon joined by other buildings to be built by the J&T Group in the area as part of the Panorama City project. The result will be a multipurpose complex on the land between Pribinova, Landererova, Čulenova and Košická Streets, complemented with residential premises, a hotel and a park.
