The construction of a modern and functional logistic centre was necessitated by the construction of the PSA Peugeot Citroen production facility near Trnava. Thanks to collaboration between J&T REAL ESTATE and the Immo Industry Group from Belgium, there is a logistic park whose area of 500,000 m2 and location in the close vicinity of the Bratislava-Trnava-Trenčín motorway offer unparalleled conditions for subcontractors.

The construction of the logistic park in Devínská Nová Ves at the western edge of Bratislava was the J&T Group’s first project in the storage facilities market in Slovakia. The logistic park with a total area of 20 hectares is located in the close vicinity of the Volkswagon manufacturing plant in Bratislava and offers its clients large and safe storage facilities with an area of 80,000 m². An industrial zone will grow near Devínská Nová Ves, with unique connection to the railway and Motorway D2.
