This past week, J&T Finance Group SE asked the main representatives of the Chinese group CEFC for a clear, official standpoint on information circulating in domestic and foreign media in recent weeks. If CEFC fails to satisfactorily refute reports about the group's major financial problems and does not clearly explain the reason why prosecution is being brought against its chief executive, the completion of the long-prepared entrance of CEFC into J&T FINANCE GROUP will be deemed unacceptable.
