Bratislava (April 29, 2013) – The Antimonopoly Office of the Slovak Republic approves the purchase of Poštová banka by the J&T Group.
Since the transaction has been approved by all the relevant regulatory authorities, it will be carried out in forthcoming days.
The J&T Group will thus acquire 88.055% of the share capital and voting rights of Poštová banka.
