J&T Finance Group SE (“JTFG”) is fully informed about the events taking place within CEFC Europe Group and the steps that J&T Private Investments (“JTPI”), as its creditor, is taking.
As all JTFG’s claims toward CEFC are fully secured by creditworthy assets, JTFG has no reason to adopt any measures at this time.
The existing situation has no influence on the operations and financial results of JTFG. In fact, we believe that deploying crisis management provides additional shielding from the problems of the parent company.
Decisions on the next course of action will be based on developments in the current situation.
